Motherboard RAM info

Is it possible to find out what type of motherboard my computer has without opening it up. Anything like sys info ?. I know it's dual proc TYAN board but I don't know what particular board.
Also how can I find out what type of RAM my mobo has ?

maybe in the bios......check in there. Hell it might even tell you when you start up your computer....watch everything that comes up as you push your power button. (not to insult your intellegence...but ya never know.)
