Tell me how can I use Motion Vector pictures for create post motion blur effect ?

normally you have to use them in a compositing program
shake can read the mentray .mv but i don t found any
way to use them, if some one know...
the 2D motion blur in xsi use the Motion Vector
so you can make motion blur like this
