Movetool Wont Work

i dont know what happend. my red blue and green X Y Z coordinate system has been changed. now i habe only red and grey lines. i can only move my objects in X Y Z together. how can i get back my red green blue system? Movetool is selected, you can see on the screenshot.

try pressing the X button. This disables you from accidentally moving objects.
