Ncloth gravity having little effect

Hi there, I have a pair or pants set up with ncloth and when i run the simulation it looks like there is no gravty, Ive tried increasing the gravity, lowering damp, increasing mass, increasing stretch resistance but it always comes out all floaty.

Any ideas on what other attributes to change?

Sounds like your gravity node is not connected to your nCloth object.  Open up your dynamic relationships and see.  It's pretty easy to create a gravity node which isn't connected to anything.

Also nCloth can act weird if you don't rewind your timeline all the back to the first frame.  If you've moved your timeline start point that can cause issues.
