Need Help for Rigging a Character

Good Day Everyone..

This is my First time...

Im practicing Rigging in this character but i wont be able bind it to skin...First "error is already connected to skincluster".

When i did try to "Go to Bind Pose" Error comes up and it says " Unable to determine shape for transform Character 6 Hips".

I really need your help guys , coz I dont know someone to ask to about this. I really dont know what to do.

Try selecting the character's mesh and hitting Edit>Delete By Type>History. That will delete any existing skinning and modeling history from the mesh.
