how do i capture digital video from my isight using firewall into shake????

Shake is not a editor, it's a compositor. You cannot capture anything with Shake.
You'll also have trouble capturing anything using a firewall...

If you get Tiger (MacOs 10.4 for theos who live under a rock) it will do firewire capture in quicktime player pro with and thing extra. 10.3.8 might do it with QT7, not sure.
