Newbie 'interface' question

I'm reallyexcited to be starting VFS's 3D animation program using XSI in a couple weeks. I am in the process of learning the interface prior to school starting and would like to know....how do I change the interface colors?

My eye find it difficult to work in grey background with black writing. I would really prefer if the toolbars, command panels and viewports could all be in black background with white/yellow writing and grids.

For the life of me I cant find any way to adjust it (it certainly doesnt seem to be in the user prefs)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

post your question in XSI forum, they may able to help you. But of me, I get used to work with grey.
