Night shot, plz critique my work

I've been working n this for a few days, and I was wondering wether anyone has some comments, or suggestions. Right now, I only rendered this one shot, but plz PM me or email me if you want to see mor detailed parts. I'm gettin most of the textures soon.

The light fog gives a hint of dirty air but the shadows have no pnumbra(sp). make the shadows edges blurry to complement the light fog.. i mean the edges of the lightcone

also, what is that in the rear center, a pole? im just nit picking but but left wondering what it is and why it is in the scene...

ya, its a pole, and if u saw the whole screeen, u can c that the light is coming from a street lamp, i should hav taken a shot like that . Thanks 4 your help!!
