This one has been bugging me for a long time. Is there no way to select an object without having it be highlighted? As far as I can see, the Highlight Selection button on the status bar only seems to apply to component selection.
The trouble is that if I have objects parented to a skeleton, when I want to pose the thing, all the objects that are parented to the joint, or any of its children, become highlighted with the green cage. This is distracting when you're doing fine adjustments.
You would think it would be possible. I'm sorry if it's an easy find, and I've missed it in the help.
