Nuke Starts Only As Root

Hi,

i`ve got the following (little) problem with installing nuke under debian testing:
when i run it as root everything works fine and i can start nuke from the command line.
when i login as normal user it s impossible to start nuke (./nuke_start), with the result, that many hexdez.?!? numbers "running" down the console (perhaps the premission for an device is missing).
Any ideas how to set it up, so i can run nuke as normal user?

Just change the permissions so your user account can execute the nuke files. "chmod 775 nuke_start"

i`ve tried so and also "chown user *" for the directory and all the subdirectories and files, but the failure is still the same! I think, that nuke tries to access any device in /dev/ or so, which root can do but no normal user ?!?

Well what error message does nuke return.
