Order of textures

Hi,
I would like to know how to rearange the order of my textures. For example, I want my first texture to be moved to the last. How I'm doing it is to create a temporary object, copy the textures, the copy it back to the original object in the right order which can be very tedious. Can anyone help? Thanks.

There is a function in softimage that alows you to do this. I think it's in Matter>Texture>Tex order. (or something like that, I'm not in front of softimage at the moment) If you have a version of Softimage that came out before they included it with the package... It can be downloaded from the Softimage web site and installed as a plugin.

Thanks again, Ed. It works great with global textures. I'm having trouble with local though. Is there a reorder for local textures? Thanks.

I'm not too sure. (again, I am not in front of Softimage at the moment) But I think that if you select the local material(in the schematic) then use tex reorder it will work on local materials too.
