Outliner Like Maya for 3ds Max

Hello - is there something like the Outliner that Maya has for 3ds Max? The schematic view looks similar, but I think it's different.

actually only the curve editor/track view acts like the outliner.
It's a bit confusing because it's also features animation editing tools but if you focus on the scene tree part(the letf one) is the same as the outliner.

The closest thing to the Maya Outliner is when you hit H (I don't have max in front of me atm, at least it used to be that way in 4.26 - sorry for the old infos). I don't remember the exact name of that window though. Sorry about the blurry infos but it's there, you just have to find it.
