Paint Effects: Paint with custom model

Hello
I'd like to paint with a custom made model, using paint effects.
I've got the impression from searching the subject, that it's possible, but I haven't had any luck at actually finding a procedure on how to do it. I'd still like to be able to use animation such as the predefined wind turbulence.

it would be possible only by mel or python scripting. download some paint effects strokes and open them by any text editor there u will find some procedures for dynamics so copy the code and edit it for ur own brush stroke
