Ok. I've applied a keyer to some bluescreen footage. Now I need to rotoscope the matte so I added a PAINT operator above the keyer. Rotoscoping the alpha channel works fine. However if I turn off the keyer while painting (below the paint in the tree) just to check with the original footage and turn it on again, my strokes in the current frames are gone or totaly out of place.
So actually I can't do decent rotoscoping of mattes because of this. Anyone else had this, or how do you rotoscope in combustion?
