I have a particle emitter parented to a shape that it needs to follow. I need the particle emitter to start at the top of the object and animate downward along the object, but the attributes for the emitter in the channel box are green. When I animated the emitter and rewind to frame 1, my animation on the emitter disappears and the emitter snaps back to the position it was in when I parted the emitter to the shape.
How do I set it up so that I can animated my emitter, and have that animation follow along with the animation of the main object?
