hallo, I just want to know why if I've 2 emitters with overlapping/intersecting particle emission, when rendering it skips one of the emitters in the area of intersection. it seems quite HUGE bug....please let me know....
in the xsi manual it explains the problem you are having. If you are using more than one particle cloud system they can not intersect because they use volume shaders and must have there own space. the way to fix this is to create a particle system the create a object to emit the 2nd set of particles from. Select the paritcle cloud and then down toward the bottom of the simulation menu select set emmision and select the newly create object you now have different particle from the same volume shader.
