I am trying to recreate sand blowing off the top of a sand dune using Soft 3.9 and Particle. The sand dune is a Nurbs grid deformed by a slowly moving linear Wave. In Particle, this grid is selected as the Source, with particles generated across it's surface.
The problem I am having is that Particle doesn't seem to recognize the wave, or transformations applied to the grid after the wave. Instead the particles are generated over a flat plane of size and location equivalent to the grid before the wave was applied.
Is there a way around this? All help appreciated
