Path Animation?

Hi!!

I want to create an animation like this picture. Similair to those simple Monster Truck 2D Games.

How can I create a good Motion Path, which applies to the treck course I drawed? And how can I keep the car normal to the motion path, doing it by hand isn't very exact, so I think this option must be in After Effects?

under the layer menu you'll find something under the transform menu called orient, you can have your object auto orient to the path or rotate freely. you might need to use a combination of this and traditional keyframing to get it to work.
