I've come up with a pretty solid way to get what I want to happen - "highly controlable pfx hair that will not penetrate the characters surface, and that will react to dynamics and collisions- ex Hand brushing through hair, etc.
-I'm using cloth to drive the pfx tubes and control cuvres, and I added all my dynamics to the cloth works great stay tuned for posted tutorial...
