Hi there, I'm a spanish 3ds user and I have some trouble with a facial rigging. The thing is that my character has a nearly spherical face, and I want his mouth to be seen only when he smiles; when he doesn't move his mouth it looks like he had no mouth. The problem is that:
-I can't do morphing because it would require to change the vertex number when creating the mouth hole
- I can't scale the mouth hole to be very tiny, where the vertex are almost one on top of each other, because when I apply turbosmooth a strange crease can be seen in the render
- I can't detach/attach two faces because It would be a lot of work, and detaching some part of the model when a rig has ben applied, you change the vertex number, and the skin acts strange
In a well-known spanish forum there's a lot of people having different versions of the same problem. Do you know some way (or tutorial) to animate cuts?
