Photoshop 7.0 has softimage plugin on CD

Softimage users,

I just got my copy of Photoshop 7.0. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Soft plugin to read .pic files is now on the software CD.

Look under ...GoodiesOptional Plug-InsFile Format
File: Softimage.8Bl

There is a readme file in the same directory for those that haven't ever loaded the plugin.

I'm off to check if the Mac release has the Mc version included, hopefully they'll have made it a full-on plugin,..not just an 'import/export' option.......don't hold your breath

WOW, Adobe don't do things by halves,....

It appears they've fully ported & sorted the Mac version, it no longer appears in the 'Export' menu, but as a fully functioning 'Save As' option.
