Hello,
I am wondering if one can call upon the Pixel Analyzer tab information in Image mode. I want the Average color information to be linked to the select node. I am trying to bypass having to run the PixelAnalyzer node for this information. Any help would be great. If I need to elaborate let me know.

The pixel analyser (not node) only survey data from a single click and is not animatable. So why dont you just paste the value in the desired node?
Cause I dont think you can link the normal analyser to anything. You have to use the node
If you select Image in the Pixel Analyzer it auto updates the information frame for frame. I want to reference this information so that I do not have to run the PixelAnalyzer node on a 3000+ frame movie. The Pixel Analyzer Tab in Image mode tells me the information I need, But I don't know if it will give it to me to use in an expression. That is what I am after. Thanks for your reply.

like hugo said you can't get values out of the pixelanalyzer tab to reuse them somewhere else. so either use
the node OR:

the colorwheel is your 3000+ frame movie.
the percentblur gives you the average rgb value of your frame. (if you need just a part of your picture use a crop before blurring and then resize to your framesize after the blur).
in the threshold you specifie at what value you want to switch. play with the luminance value.
the keymix is your new select-node.
