Playblast speed

I am having trouble getting my playblasts to go the correct speed. I have changed all my prefs to the what they should be in the animation setting: 24fps. I did this under both settings and timeline. Didn't help and my playblast are still playing at about 1/2 speed. If any one knows what the problem might be I'd apprechiate some advise.

I had the same problem. I set playback speed to play everyframe and by 1.0. So Maya calculates every frame. I think this will solve your problem
