PLEASE HELP extrude on curve Problems

well im trying to make some trim work to go on a project of mine. Im using a shape then tryig to extrude down the curve is there a way to make the corner tight or a plugin to make trim work easier or a good tutorial on how to do this please im killing myself over this dont know what to do. If you can recomend a way to help or anything you can see in the first image what im trying to make and the second my curve and what i get when im done thanks ahead of time

Dont extrude, offset and do either a rail along or loft around. So instead of along think around. Also if you want the same look model the round in your curve

You can also try boleen union, then delete out the faces you dont need and work from there. Also play around with the rebuild curve tool to add more cv's to your curve if you continue to have issues, but lofting, and duplicate and offset is probably your best bet.
