Please Help Me ! Problem With Render Sequence

I want make a scene movies but when I render camera then It doesn't work. I had use batch render but the message return is

And when i see file "mayaRenderLog.txt " then it have message :

      Starting "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2009\bin\mayabatch.exe"

mental ray for Maya 10.0
mental ray: version 3.7.1.26, Jul 30 2008, revision 26576
// Maya exited with status -1073741819

Please help me ! thank a lot!

that's not really much to go on..

try making a new scene with nothing but a ball in it and see if you can render a sequence

I had try with ball animation and try render by software but it doesn't work??? And I had try on another computer and have the same result. It really strange . I think that the problem of Maya 2009

do you have administrator privileges? It coudl be that you somehow don't have permission to write to the images folder.

Also some of the paths listed in that error message looked weird.. make a new project, pick that folder as your porject and save you file to the scenes directory and then try to render.

It doesn't work too! sad. I work in admin user and If i do the same work in another version maya then it so easy .

version 8. I think if i do step by step like i had in another version it still work. But in maya 2009 ......

what version of windows? what operating system are you using?

I'm use WinXP SP2.
Now I try remove old folder 2009 of MAYA then run with default . It's work ha ha ha.
