Plugin for video mosiac

Hi,
I'm a new to combustion, Max 5, and After effects but I'd like to know if anyone knows of a plugin for either to do the following:
Falling pictures (mosaic tiles) that fall into a still or video image. The trick is there are hundreds of tiles and they need to fall into the finished mosaic.
