polyGeoSampler Help Needed

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the results of this mel command, but I don't know hoe to get it out of the component window.

I do the following on a poly object.....

polyGeoSampler -bf;

it samples the scene and adds some attributes in the component window > adv polygons.

I want to get the color value of a selected face out of the component window. It seems to be something like

pSphere1.vtxFace[45][45]

but I can't get any further than this.

Any help would be appreciated.
