I need to render a deth pass for a maya pond surface. Anyone know how to do it ? I have tried converting the surface to polys, but this doesn't seem to work with the render unless unless I bake the poly surface...only thats not really an option, because its huge and hi res. I have tried using one of the two depth shaders from highend3d but they won't work on this. Anyone have a solution? I'll love you forever, promise
