I don't know if this is the right forum, but I didn't find anything more appropriate and I didn't find anyone around that can help me with this. I just upgrade my old PhotoShop 4 with v 5.5. I keep (fortunately) on the disk version 4 for precaution. After few days I discovered that 5.5 had printing problem. I'm running it on NT 4 sp3 and the wird thing is that while PhotoShop 4 print fine from any user assigned to any group PhotoShop 5.5 print just if the user has administrator rights. Otherwise it gave me Disk error like it can write some temp file somewhere. Anybody know if this is the case and were or what need to have the permission changed? I have modified permission to anything that look suspicious without any result. Nobody know a good book that helps you troubleshooting this king of problems with NT?
