Problem Creating A Macro Including The Quickpaint

HI

i'm Having a problem creating a macro...

What i want to do is Use the quickpaint (cloneBrush) to erase a track point, in persist mode, while using the tracker information so the clone brush follows the tracker along the movement .

Now when i create the macro, in the Shake MacroMaker, in the QuickPaint section, i include every parameters possible to be selected.

When i try to use the macro, it appears red, and i don't have any quickpaint options in the viewer quadrant.
Also, in the parameters, the option: " pressureCurve" is red, and the expression related to it is : "JSplineV(( x ,1,0@0,1@1)" ...

When i open the macro, no nodes are red inside, seems to be well connected also ...

Did anybody has encountered problems when creating a macro including the QuickPaint node??

Thanks for your help, it is really appreciated

Alex

I saw this in the Shake 4.0 Late-Breaking News site:

General:

SFileIn and QuickPaint nodes should not be used inside of macros.

may i ask why do you need it to be a macro?
if it's just to clean up your tree you should use a group instead

I want to use it because i place a stabilize node before the quickpaint, another in stabilize in match right after. on the side, a mask is piped in another stabilize in match, and those tow connect in a switchmate..... so theres 3 stabilize node, with the same tracking information.... and i linke them with expression, so i don't have to load my track in each of them.... and i know i will use this tree offently, so that's why i wanted to create a macro of it

To reply quickly,
you could use openGL (NGLRender) inside a macro to do that. Have a look at this for an example :
http://animatic.no-ip.com/pub/dev/shake/obj3dFileIn.h

Another advantage is that openGL code is evaluated as a string so you can more easily generate approriate code in C loops...
(in shake in general this is a problem if you want to reference a random number of loop generated nodes to change their property dynamically)

Sorry i don't have the time to look at it more in dpth right now.... but please feel free to keep me informed of your progress

PS :
accessing onscreen controls of the inner stabilizer might be a problem, make sure that your nodes params names are the same as the standard stab node params names... Not sure if that will work because there are even specific controls on the bottom of the viewer....
