I've started building items for a slots machine. Of course the cherry item is one of them and for the cherry i've build a nDymics rig with curves that i've made dynamic through nHair (Maya 2013).
For a better understanding of what i'm telling you, please revert to the link I've placed underneath.
Link to The Cherry Dynamic Rig
The rig itself works as it should, when I move the Global Ctrl the cherry's dangle on the branches through 2hand animation. The only problem is that to keep the cherry from moving through each others mesh I've created a Hair to Hair constraint between the tips vertexes of the two curve_Hair's. But now when I spin the controller it keeps a constant distance between each other. So now I've to manually turn down the Glue Strenght to make the cherry's part from each other but then i've got the risk of them passing through each other.
So I've tried to make the cherry's, Active Rigid body's, but when I do this the cherry's STOP being locked down through it's Parent Constraint on (their Locaters and the Locaters are Parent Constraint to) the IKHandles. Also convinding the cherry mesh into a group and connecting this group through a parent constraint on the Locater. Making the cherry Mesh free of any connections and than applying the active rigid body on to it. This doesn't work either.
[b]Is there an other way of making them collidible with each other and still be locked down on the IKHandles and getting secondhand animation through the HairSystems??
