Python For Creating A Control Rig?

What is the python in MotionBuilder for creating a Control Rig?
1. I have a characterized character.
2. now I want to invoke/activate the control rig.

There is no way to create a control rig via python in Motion Builder yet, unfortunately. Hopefully they will have that soon.
