Qt, MEL shelf layout and resize layout?

Hi…

• I just wonder how to create a shelfLayout with Qt?
  Whats the widget associate with? I cant see it, and want to put one insoide my UI

• Also : how make a formLayout that can be rezise in Qt? All my windows and layout inside are fix 

And… is there somewhere some exemple of qt interface for Maya?
