g'day
for example an animator who cannot make things work,
constantly bangs his head to the monitor and to the wall behind him.
the plan is to have 1 constrain on his forehead and
1 constrain on the back of his head.
and then flip the constrain weight (0,1 -> 1,0) between the two.
i can make either one work correctly but when i try both at the same time-
to constrain 2 things onto 1 object (the head),
the Maintain offset option seems to stop working.
ie, the forehead locator doesnt stay On his forehead anymore when i apply
the 2nd constrain and start changing the weight values between them.
(the head kind of 'snaps' to the 1st locator instead of maintaining the offset)
can someone point out what im doing wrong? or is this just a bad approach?
how else would you do it?
(simply put i need one body with multiple points of contact driven by locators)
any comment is welcome.
thank you.
