I got a problem with making vector displacement map.
I've tried to generated VDM from scan data of pocket.
I actually want to make VDM something like 'Ear' (Mudbox default stencil) which has information of heights,and shape, not affected by UV. (Not for texture map, it is for sculpting using by stencil)
So here is the explanation. Please let me know what went wrong guys.

I import the Hires mesh to Maya and create simple block out Low-res mesh with layout UV,
import both back in to Mudbox, and transfer detail from Hires mesh to Low-res mesh.
I got pretty good result and there was no problem until this part, but when I extract VDM, It doesn't looks like it will pullout pocket shape, it looks like just flat as UV I've layout.
It's unable to stencil with it, because it doesn't have the information of under part of pocket cover.
I wish you guys could help me out!
