Nice work. I like the eyes. The cranium seems to be a little small, epecially in the profile view. The ears are a littel large and set a little high. Remember the opening into the head for the ears is close to the base of the skull.
These are just proportions issues, which can be resolved with a little investigation. Why don't you practice drawing skulls first. If you can get the skull down, the proportions are usually set for the rest of the head. Just a thought.
Thanks for sharing,
Urp

Thanks Urp drawing the maps for the eyes took ages since it's my first attempt glad it worked(to some degree at least !)
with regards to the cranium proportions, somebody did mention this and i made an attempt to rectify it but it ended up looking too big ! maybe it's just me? oh well back to the old drawing board as they say !
again much thanks your comments help alot.

Aside from the "obvious" details already pointed out.The mouth appears to be just a bit too far forward off the rest of the face, while the brow needs to be pulled forward. The side shot has the nose looking rather pointed and pulling the mouth and lower portion of the nose back should alleviate some of the pointed nose effect. The eye sockets are transitioning to the temples a bit too quickly. The mouth/lips need a bit more curvature, viewing them from above should illustrate that they need to be less flat and more curved around the teeth. Pull the corners of the mouth back more.
Use some references to get the basic shape of the head correct for the side view.
Here's an excellent set of reference art for the human anatomy
