Well since you haven't quite finished, I'll try to be as picky as I can, you could add a couple of grams to the animation of the bird durring landing and take off if you see what I mean... (Though the landing is nearly perfect) I mean come on, admit he's been eating a bit too many of these tasty worms lately; his take off is too easy for a chubby guy like him.
The movements of the neck could be a bit more dry and sudden. Like just as he lands, howls, and moves his head to the right, that speed is perfect, but then the rotations are a bit too smooth IMO. All the rest is perfect apart for maybe the take off once again, like he doesn't push his weight back enough before taking off, and we should really get a "throwing himself in the air" kind of motion.
Maybe there could be a bit of a tiny pause as well between the picking and taking off, unless he sees another one of these worms in the distance, in which case you could add a couple of keys of him elongating his neck and looking at the distance before suddenly taking off to get it. But it's your choreography so really don't have to listen to this.
I adore it, especially that bit where he moves his head around kind of showing off his beauty. By all means keep us updated.
