Rebuild a nurbs surface~

hi again~
in softimage, an object is formed by skin. the isoparms on this skin surface are un-even distributed. does there a function softimage can rebuild the surface into a isoparm even distributed surface? and can I move and duplicate some of the isoparms on a nurbs surface?

hmmm.... yap~ somethings like this, can softimage do ??

Try to select your obj -> draw -> extract -> pick curve -> there will have a pop up window -> play around with slider and see the effects -> click extract to extract curve -> exit to close pop up windows

effect>subdivision allows you to add grid lines to a nurbs surface.

There isn't a built-in rebuild command. But you can use the effect>subdivision command to put gridlines where you want them, use extract curves to get the collection of isolines you want, and then skin these extracted profiles into the new surface.
