I am trying to render out QT movies in Shake that will be imported into Avid Media Composer. The problem is the Avid can't handle the Alpha channel and I have been unable to see how to removeturn off the Alpha channel from being rendered. Any help is greatly appreciated!! keith
Just add a reorder node (rgbn) right before your fileout.

Make sure when you pick your quicktime codec that you choose "Millions of Colors" and not "Millions of Colors +". The "+" is an alpha.
