Hallo
I'm trying to render a very complex scene (it's a bus interior with very detailed seats and so on...), but I can't turn on raytracing, 'cause when I try to render my scene with raytracing, A) my render doesn't even start
it stops after a few seconds, when only a few pixels have been rendered. This happens with batch rendering on 2 processors. When my render stops with only few pixels done, I can see from Task Manager (I work on a HP Visualize X-class NT Workstation) that my processors are still working at 100%, but nothing happens, even if I wait for hours. And of course I can't wait hours per every frame of my animation, 'cause I have a deadline! Any suggestion? It depends on lights (I have 24 point lights with a very small depthmap and 5 shadow samples) or on tassellation or... I think it could be hardly a memory problem: I have 1.5 Gbytes of RAM and 2 Gbytes of virtual memory on hark-disk.
Please, help me!!!
