Rendered AVI lines flash while camera moves

I've had this problem in many AVI's & TIFF image sequences I have rendered. I render out at 300 dpi - production quality. In my scene, I have the camera moving slowly across the scene. The outer edges of polygons, in this case, the edges of a door frame flash (like a strobe effect), but only while the camera is moving. I have tried rendering with TIFF's and putting it together in Adobe Premiere and it still happens. Is there a way to get rid of this?

A avi files can not have DPI! (or atleast they can not have any MEANINGFULL dpi, dpi can only exists in conjunction with a printer as a loose guide and allmost never has any meaning even then)

No information to work on. Could be nearly anything ranging from data beyond nyquist limit to too deep z buffer. It can also be the comopresor scheme that optimizes the data out. Show us a few frames.

this may me a dumb question, but it has happened before:  are you sure you don't have duplicated polygons there? Like maybe from a bad face extrude? They would z-fight only when the camera is moving (the back one would pop on top of the front one and back again... producing a flashing effect)
