Rendering daylight system data as overlay?

Hello,

My first post in 3dsmax.

I am doing some quick architectural sun system animations using the daylight system.  I would  like to extract the daylight system data per frame and render it as an overlay on every frame of the animation. This will help to see what's happening at what time with the shadows. 

I need a maxscript to do this. I'm familiar with scripting but not with MaxScript (but I will learn fast) and can figure it out if someone points me in the right direction.

Attached is a mockup of what a frame would look like.

Do it in comp, just dump the frame values on disk and let yoru comp app append the values. IF you must go cheapass you can really easily do it with imagmagick. Anyway thisway you separate the task of actually rendering the sequence, labeling it and compressing it which will make a huge difference once you decide that the font doesnt actually show up readable in the device your targetting.

This is boith easier and saner so youll be done in no time.
