Rendering In Nuke

Hi All,

Atlast i have touched Nuke, after 6 yrs of shake..... im just worndering how to render a few single frames here and there in a sequence, for eg. if my seq is 1-200, i want to render fr 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 etc etc... in shake its simple, here n Nuke its little different and today is my first day, so no time to read and understand.

if someone knows pls let me know ASAP

Hi Nishok,

To render selected frames in nuke

1) First Save your file with write node.
2) Go to start menu -> Run -> (Type) cmd
3) (Type) cd (space)\ programfiles\Nuke5.1v2 (press enter)
4) Nuke5.1(space)-i (space)-x (space)(drag & drop nuke file path into it ) (space) 25 (space)50 (space)75 (space)100(space) 125 (space)150
5) (enter)
6) 25 50 75 100 125 150 selected frames render is done into the given path.
7) Enjoy.

is there any method in the GUI render, just let me know, i have just started with the documentation, if i come accross i will let u know.

I think u r using linux, because this command didnt work for me as im using windows, pls let me know.

Form the looks of it he's definitely using windows but you will need to think about differences in your file structures.*

*not many linux users would call it the start menu!

Hi Nishok

I am using window64 bit not linux.
Try to use with proper spacebar indication which i mention with (space) in my earlier reply.

(space) use spacebar.
(press enter) press enter.

To render selected frames in nuke

Give me the feedback again.

Hi Soum !

its works now, instead of using Nuke5.1 - by mistake we used Nuke5.1v2, this morning with fresh mind when i checked it works very well, thanks for the help.
