Is the output for tv or computer only?* See what you see on your computer screen is NOT what it looks wjen put to tv. The only wahy to vbe sure is to use broadcast monitor. Or put it in final format then look it trough tv set but not connected trough your video card (even then the tv next doors looks different).
Anyway the thing is because theres no color profile involved thsi litlle bit of brighntess change is bit is not noticeable when it comes to repeating the data on another system. The color varies more wildly than that just because color is NOT defined across devices they are just relative numbers that vary from device to device. So whereas
0 0 255 look like certain kind of red on my monitor, but see those are raw my monitor values. The red on your monitor IS NOT THE SAME as red on my monitor, even if they are the same brand**. So whatever small difference your having might be negated by sevaral factors totaly out of your control:
- they use different player that acts differently
- their player is configured differently
- their display is different form yours (this is guaranteed to happen)
- their system may be different form yours
Each of theese issues can cause more or less the same difference as youe slight encoding difference
As result the likelihood of the color being exactly what you promote is about as slim as me winning in lottery. So you just need to accept certain degradation on thsi point, this is why colors are designed wth leeway for this when outputting. The only real way to do thsi si th controll the software and harware. But you just cant do it in normal environ. So even with this fix i doesnt guarantee the image is better in the other end. It might make things worse.
So theres no way you can pick this shade and expect the other system to show exactly same shade. Your lucky if ytou manage to get thet in very good printhuse, or in a cinematography. Over the air and over the interenet not a chance in hell. So unless the recipient defined a target profile thers not much you can do about exact colors.
So dont fret about it. Its not thaht important, the ability to choose colors that work out relatively well despite of this is. The technology to correct this exists but is NOT used. Even when it is id estimate only about 10% of those systems are actually configured right. So if this si a demo reel then your actually going to show the lack of having known this up front.

can adobe premier or fusion will give better quality as compare to Afx.???
Without knowing the pipe your targetting, and as agenaral rule of thumb. NO. color can not be reproduced consistently over 95% systems out there. So spend less time choosing the extra hue, and let the director worry about such things, it gives you the power of letting them know you give them choice while actually you give hem no such thing as you choose colors that all fall under the category will look okish whatever you choose.
*this case you must ensure broadcast safe colors or your colors will clip. Other than that your kindof ling it the worls of lets map it best we see fit.
**yes even 2 monitors comming of the production line next to each other have different color. Because even the same monitors color is different depending on the background lightning, and length of use.
PS: as a result i can not know what the images look like in your system, i can only have faith in things. If a image has no icc i can be even less sure or nee dto guess yoru monitor is perfect sRGB but becase your asking this question i can be pretty confident it is not. So the difference is slightly less than the difference between the default color spaces of windows and mac (wich represent working space not how they are displayed).
