Rendering Problems PLEASE HELP

I am having troubles rendering. every frame it renders the open with .... window pops up wanting u to choose what to open it with. I can't go on to rendering another frame until I get rid of that window and then the next frame it pops up again. Is there any way to get rid of this annoying problem. This is in softimage 3d extreme

Do you have unintended scripts listed in the Scripts fields on the Render Page. Sometimes, people load a demo file and accidentally save the scripts from the demo with their own work. If you do not have any scripts, just clear out these fields on the render page and the problem should go away.
