Reverse Foot (3)

Hi there,
I've been going through reverse foot tutorials, and it seems weird that when the roll ..... rolls it rolls out of the base rotating objects pivot so you end up translating and rotating the controller box from a place that isn't the ankle. Does that make any sense? Is there any way around this so that the basic rotation pivot is always at the ankle regaurdless of how much roll you have placed on the character?

Thanks

well, the place, where you rotate the foot is actually the ankle. So - the joints should be there.
if you want to do a favour to the animators, you should make the pivot of the controll at the heel...

dont know, if that helped?

But I don`t know, which footroll tutorial you did. There are many different kinds of them. I can recommend you the way, jason schleifer described it in his ... dont know the name anymore... rigging-tutorials
