Hi All...
I just wanted to share with you all that I have just finished viewing the Advanced Training DVD set from "The Street Productions."
Let me say that "The Street Productions" has done a superior and professional job of presenting combustion real-world project examples, complete with tips, tricks and facts, all in a clear and concise manner.
Ken LaRue (the power and MasterMind behind "The Street") is a Combustion Power User out of Chicago who has an extensive history of training that originally started at Technical Animations, where he was the Creative Director and Host for the original 14 hour Cv2 Training set and the Combustion/3ds max Integration DVD. He left Technical Anmiations and formed "The Street Productions" to better focus on his own creative work as well as to be free to create this new original and unique series of Advanced Combustion Training DVDs.
In this first DVD, Ken has teamed up with two other well known and respected Combustion Power Users/Trainers: Lee "Rod" Roderick (based in the San Francisco Bay Area) and Gary M. Davis (based in Florida.) All three of these guys are official Discreet Certified Training Specialists with an extensive and impressive Combustion background. Simply put, they all know how to present their material and they do it in a consumate and professional manner.
This first DVD set is complete with four DVDs and a source material CD-ROM, with 15 lessons that span 6 and 1/2 hours of pure learning adventure and fun. Designed for advanced users, the team walks you through the "Hows and Whys" of Combustion, and they do it in all with class.
If you are a total beginner, I really must suggest that you (at least) first fully review the 13 free Discreet Tutorials, so that you can better follow along these guys as they unleash their stuff.
In my opinion, this is an excellent training tool, well worth the investment, and I recommend it to any user wanting to optimize their skills. I look forward to more of this series from these guys.
