Rig Moving With Out Keyframes Problem...please Help

I have built a frog in 3d and for some reason the knees rotate & translate when i move the timeline a frame in any direction. i have gone through every single object in my scene and none of them have keys on them so i don't understand why the rotation and translation values are changing on their own. i have set a preferred angle and still am receiving the same results.

Can anyone help me with this?

you're not looking hard enough it seems. nothing can move if you didn't tell it to move.

*open up outliner, expand and select every single item and check timeline for keyframes;
*check node dependency on a time node;
*expressions using current frame info?
..etc etc.

i have spent days looking for anything, and still have found nothing.

there has to be something else wrong here.

post file. Too much it can be. But yes its probably either a expression sciptjob or some other node that gets time connected in somehow. In can be very far away from your search area. So you might never find it unless you let a more experinced person take a looksee.

Ok I just figured something out, and it probably is not the best answer, but I deleted my IK system and the problem is gone now. So the issue lies somewhere in the IK system. I don't know if I really need the IK on the frog, as everything seems to move fine without it, but if someone has a better answer instead of deleting things that would be fabulous
