whats the best way to create a curl effect with a curve, I want it to start flat or straight then spiral in and in several times. similar to rolling a page up. ive tried it with multiple bend deformers and it seems that when i add more than one it doenst have the desired effect. it kind of doubles up and winds, then unwinds.

ok so the solution for this is pretty simple, take a long chain of bones scale each one down 80-90% from the previous bone and then rotate all the joints in one axis. simple efficient, I wrote a simple recursive expression to scale each one down then the next.
