Rotation expression?

Hi,
I am rtying to write an expression to rotate an object clockwise from 0 to 45 degrees and back to 0. This needs to happes every 30 seconds.
I can ocilate the object with

nutcan.rz=45 * sin (.25 * time);

Can someone point out a method for stoping the motion at 0 degrees?

You could do something like this:

int $blah = 1;

while ($blah > 0) {
$blah = 45*sin(.25*time);
nutcan.rZ=$blah;
}

That should keep it looping up until $blah gets to 0.
